This is the new piece of property that we have negotiated.  It is the same 11.5 acres and the same price, but it has much better visibility from Hwy 96 because of the well-maintained detention pond in front of it.  In other words, there would never be anything between the church and the main road.

This piece of land already has utilities and detention close by or on site.  It is also more rectangular.  The other piece was more triangular.  The rectangular shape would give an architect more options in designing.

As before, all of this depends on the district churches deciding to help pay our interest-only payments for three years AND your approval on September 27th, the Day of Decision.
